Carol Shibel

Carol Shibel earned a Bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology from UCLA.  She went on to receive a multi subject credential and a single subject PE credential from UCLA as well.  Carol began teaching science at CHA the first year the school opened as the Neighborhood School or NSPC and has continued teaching at the new campus in Granada Hills.  She has taught science, computers, algebra, and physical education as well as coaching several teams and being involved with student council.  Carol is also the Middle School Principal at GPS.  Carol has always been fascinated by science and the natural world, and the CHA campus provided the perfect environment for teaching science and encouraging kids to explore. She continues to bring her love of nature.
