Jed Serrano

John-Michael Serrano earned his Master of Arts in Teaching English and Language Arts from the University of Southern California. Mr. Serrano, together with his wife and baby, moved to Chatsworth from Oakland where he taught High School English at Bishop O’Dowd College Preparatory High School.  He joined CHA in 2018 and is currently the Middle School Language Arts & Social Studies Teacher at Granada Preparatory School.  Prior to this he taught English and Social Studies at Presidio Middle School. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Serrano has worked as a professional writer and editor.
